Scheme details
Government of Maharashtra and Rural Development Department and Water Conservation Department Government Decision No. VPM-2610/P.No.129 / Para 4 dated 26 September 2010 Special Subsidy for Urban Facilities to Big Gram Panchayats under this scheme the following additional facilities are required.
- Internal market development
- Convenience to public affairs ,
- horticulture , creating parks ,
- study center ,
- Making roads within the village
- Construction of underground drains for waste water management.
Terms / conditions / eligibility for participation in the scheme
1) Under this scheme, G.P. Prepare a plan and take the administrative approval of Gram Sabha. After that Chief Executive Officer G.P. His proposal should be approved.
2) Technical approval should be taken through competent authority.
3) Budget and plan maps
4) Maintenance Repair/Gram Panchayat Undertaking and Gram Panchayat Resolution
5) The District Planning Board will have the authority to determine the priority order of the Gram Panchayats in the district, which have a population of more than 5000 and the Gram Panchayats that have participated in the Environment Balanced Prosperous Village Scheme and have fulfilled the criteria of that scheme. .
6) 7/12 copy or sample 8 copy of the site where construction is to be done
7) Proof that the submitted work is not proposed or sanctioned by another scheme
8) Site map of the proposed site
9) Group Development Officer’s recommendation with proposal to G.P. The department should be submitted to Zilla Parishad Palghar.
