Grants and Benefits:-
- Under this scheme, 60% subsidy is received from the central government and 40% subsidy from the state government as per the guidelines of the central government. 1, 20,000/- and 1, 30,000/- has been fixed for extremely remote, hilly and Naxalite areas. Amount Rs.1, 20, 000/- is provided as subsidy for construction of new shelter. In this the subsidy share of the Central Government is 60% in this the subsidy share of the State Government is 40%.
- While sanctioning the house, the first installment is Rs. 15,000/-, second installment of Rs. 45,000/-, third installment of Rs. 40,000/-, fourth installment of Rs. 20000/-.
- The construction of the toilet also has to be completed during the construction.
