Rural Development Department Government Decision No. Panvia-2020/Pro.No.59/Finance-4 dt. Matters to be done by the Panchayat Raj Institutions from the funds of the 15th Kedi Finance Commission as per the guidelines dated 26 June 2020.
- The basic grant is untied. The grant is used by the rural local self-government bodies for other essential matters as per the local needs, excluding the staff salary and establishment issues.
- Bonded/ Tied Grants Bonded grants are used for 1) Cleanliness and maintenance and repair of pollution-free local bodies 2) Drinking water water supply Water recharge/ Rainwater harvesting Water recycling.
