Beneficiaries of the scheme	Children up to 6 years of age undergoing surgery for terminal illness.
Nature of benefit	50,000/- maximum per beneficiary in addition to government funds for surgery of sick children, but the subsidy will be given in the bank account of the concerned beneficiary.
Eligibility criteria	Children up to 6 years of age undergoing surgery for terminal illness.
Necessary documents	Completed application form, health department certificate regarding terminal illness surgery, aadhaar card, proof of local resident (eg ration card), poverty line number and certificate or birth certificate of tehsildar, copy of gram sabha resolution if in tribal area, copy of back account passbook.
