Scheme Commencement:- Organized by (Maharashtra State Examination Council, Pune) from January 2017 under S.N. dated 25.07.2017
Area: The Maharashtra State Examination Council conducts the National Indian Military College Dehradun entrance exam in two sessions in June and December.
Beneficiary:- The student should be eligible in this examination. A student studying in class 7 or passing class 7 in a recognized school. And the age of the student should not be less than 11.5 years and not more than 13 years at the time of admission on January 01. The examinee should be a resident of Maharashtra.
Benefits: Under the scheme, a total of four students from both the sessions are selected every year. The selected student is given five years of training from 8th to 12th standard.
